(1) The establishment shall have the following types of employees:-

  (a) Administrative,

( B) Teaching and Research .

(2) There will be one executive director as the head of the institution. The Government of Nepal may appoint or appoint a person with special experience in training related work to the post of Executive Director. His term of office will be five years and the Government of Nepal can extend his term of office for a maximum of two years if he wishes.

(3) The establishment will have other staff as needed.< /span>

(3a) For the operation of the establishment, the Government of Nepal may employ civil servants for a maximum period of one year.

(4) Remuneration of the Executive Director and other employees of the Foundation, Terms and conditions of service and facilities shall be as prescribed. .
